Stanford coach David Shaw is speaking at USC this afternoon as part of the coaches’ clinic this weekend. Shaw went 0-2 against USC last season but the USC coaches should probably still go listen to him, especially if he talks about getting the most out of your talent.
I like Shaw much better than his predecessor. Both know how to coach but only one knows how to treat people. Clay seems to be getting tougher this spring I hope it gets results.

Tougher how ? Is the team now practicing in pads ? Gomer isn’t tough, he never will be tough.

With respect to Helton he did beat stanfordtwice last year. But seeing USC for over 50 years, sc should hardly ever lose any pac 12 games. They do have better talent and speed
