Morning Buzz: Pick The USC-Washington State Score

Yes, there is a game. Tomorrow.

I will post my score later but right now is your turn.

Can Nick Rolovich possibly make this a game? Will a two-week break be too long for the Cougars?

Will USC revert to habit and play down to its opponent?

Can Kedon Slovis throw a spiral for four quarters?

    1. I agree with your score prediction BT. But the only way the RBs run wild in this offense is if Opie is already at Utah St. and Urban Meyer or John Robinson is the OC. RUN THE DAMN BALL.

      2. We can only hope Utah St takes Opie off our hands, but that means Bohn has to find Gomer another retread OC, oh well……

He I know, he can offer Eric Kjar the OC job to get his QB to come to USC, and trust me, Kjar would be an upgrade over Opie.

  1. Trojans 38, Wazzu 24.

With the talent difference on the teams, this one should be 45-20, but when it comes to playing this type of team, Clay is the “great equalizer”.

      1. Michael, there is a subtle difference. Denzel is “The Equalizer”, Clay is “the equalizer”.

        No capital letters for clay.

Well this IS interesting. I am not sure if this site is for me anymore. Each email address used generates a unique symbol that represents the email address. One person on this page has 10 such symbols generated for his username. That is some next level trolling. And none of messages upon this thread has anything to do with the the purpose of the thread. 2. First, I expect the game to end at halftime because darkness descends on the coliseum and the players become frightened believing the end of the world has come. A luminescent hologram of Gavin Neusance hovers hauntingly over the field. From the loud speakers is heard, “Citizens of California…return to your hovels…your overload has spoken!”
Helton is carried of the field in a helmet shaped cart due to a sudden and complete emptying of his digestive tract, which fills his three adult diapers and two depends. The helmet shaped cart is later seen flying off The Santa Monica pier. No word on the occupants, but a slick has formed over the water where The craft was last seen.
The ensuing scrum is epic as the five security guards work to keep the crowd of five security guards safe, by leaving through the nearest exit and not looking back.
That is what I predict, the score being 40-love declared by the commissioner at a press conference from his hovel in Santa Clara hills.

    2. Whine, whine, whine! Next thing you know you’ll bit*hing about not having the freedom to run red lights, ignore DUI law, disrespect child labor laws, smoke in crowded elevators, spread STD’s, borrow other people’s rides w/o permission & patronize large, crowded venues w/o wearing a mask.

F**k Rialto, you’re total idiot. Please continue to ignore the Governor’s orders to help contain the exploding in-state pandemic.

Please skip wearing a mask, lick your dirty, unwashed hands regularly and continue to bit*h about your freedom to be clinical moron.

Rialto, if or when you come down with CV-19 maybe, just maybe, there won’t be any hospital beds to accommodate your affliction. But hey, then you really have some thing to bit*h about, but you can’t, ’cause you’re busy dying in a LA street gutter.

      1. Serious question for you: if there is a real exploding epidemic emergency, why haven’t Governor Newsom and Mayor Garcetti requested the hospital ship that was at LA Harbor last Spring and went unused?

      2. I would like very much for overworked Doctors and hospitals to only take those people who tried to observe the right protocols. Maybe we should establish a list of those who think this pandemic is not serious and submit that list so when they seek treatment they will will be at the bottom of the list and those who tried to comply will be helped first. The question: As a disbeliever would those of you who reside there sign a pledge to support this policy? In other words put your money where your mouth is. Sign up here and I will volunteer to submit your names to the hospitals and the overworked doctors and nurses nurses. Please sign up.

      2. If he leaves, he’ll need a big compensating salary to justify the move. He has a better chance of moving up to a significant HC job as USC OC than from being Utah State HC.

      3. Utah State – rebuilding a program with schollie starters who would be walk-ons at USC, living in Logan (not that there is anything wrong with that), planning on 5 years there. It doesn’t sound like the easiest route to becoming an HC in the power 5.

    1. I’m familiar with Rolovich cuz he was head coach At Hawaii for 4 years before he left for Washington State. He’s a solid coach —who, nevertheless, got absolutely creamed by good schools —(Fresno State, 20-50; Washington, 20-52; Boise State, 37-59; even UCLA, 23-56).
