OK, it’s time to make a prediction.

I think Stanford needs to bounce back from last week’s pathetic loss at Kansas State. USC is being challenged by its coach to play a 60-minute game.

I’m taking USC, 42-31.

It might be closer than expeced but not enough to actually lose.

      1. Stanfurd’s offense was slow as molasses last week and I expect the same this week. They’ll try and limit possessions to keep it closer. I think they set a record for how long it took them to run a play..

I was asleep ,but that score prediction was pretty accurate(wrong team),and stanford did it as I suspected ,but hoped I was wrong…Shaw is 10 x ‘s the coach ‘L’-tongue is, and that defense? good vs 1/2 the Pac12, the bottom half. sc 3rd – 4th place in Pac12 south; Wash looked inept again in north,that is all Oregon …utah? just can’t get it done. Oregon dominated and closed strong vs OHIO STATE. tHEIR Q/B IS ABOVE AVG…OHIO ST Q/B WAS GREAT and Oregon did it w/out 5 starters?

  9. Helton & Harrell’s Pee Wee level offense consists of throws towards the sidelines.

    85% of Slovis passes will be bubble screens or short 5-8 yards from the line of scrimmage and that’s it.

    You won’t see any out or post routes, if the ball does travel in the air vertically for more than 10-15 yards, more than likely it will be a chuck & duck or Hail Mary, something up for grabs.

    How those two Dumb & Dumber idiots are even employed as football coaches is a God Damn travesty!

  11. I don’t know if any of you saw the the interview with Matt Campbell in broadcast of the Iowa Iowa state game today mid 1st quarter. He was talking about trust within a program and how it is responsible for building an organization regardless of talent or not. Players trusting players, players trusting coaches, coaches trusting coaches and ultimately coaches trusting players. Thats what knits a union and ultimately a community. Does anyone at all see that in this program. Coaches backstabbing players, coaches backstabbing coaches, players out for themselves only, coaches throwing coaches and players under the buss for their own survival. Social media people bombastically making stuff up. Hell it even happens on the administrative and board levels. You don’t see it nor would you even hear the statement from the boss. He wouldn’t know that it is even important.

    2. I think that the defensive staff has a good deal of trust within their coaches and players. That is because TO demands nothing less. But on the offensive side, Slovis doesnt even trust any receivers except for London. The team didnt vote Slovis a captain. And I personally think that Harrell will be willing to bench Slovis if he doesnt perform. Everyone wants the leadership of Dart, but if they push Dart onto the field too early they could ruin/damage him.

      I say if the offense cant pull it together, can Clay/Harrell and let TO take the interim HC job. See what he can do. He is a smart guy and sets the right culture.

  13. I’m going with the theme of solid USC defense and weak offense. 24-10 for SC.

    If USC offense busts out, then it will be more like 34-17.

    Oregon just made the Pac-12 look a little less pathetic. I hope Oregon does undefeated and it shows SC fans just how far behind we are. Oregon has stolen lots of athletes that should have been at SC.

    So Helton, prove you can be a championship team, your schedule couldnt be easier.

  24. Stanford looked like canned-ass last week and USC gonna get skunked in the 1st Q. It’s a hate watch for me at this point as it’s obviously not going to change. Same stupid shit every week. This is why paying attention to recruiting is entirely pointless.
