O.J. Simpson Jersey Sold At Auction

Remember last week I wrote about a USC jersey worn by O.J. Simpson in a photoshoot being up for auction?

The jersey sold for $25,726.

That’s not bad considering Simpson never wore it in a game. A game-worn Simpson jersey is worth $150,00-$200,000.

  1. Yet, in more interesting news…

The Trojan T&F team sends 20 student athletes to Eugene to compete June 8-11 in the Natties.
Men ranked #12, Women ranked #17

For the snarkers, UGA will send 15 student athletes to Eugene from their #1 ranked Men’s team and #22 ranked Women’s team. All the Women are in field events, so CSG has her work cut out for her in building a better Women’s team. UGA’s mens team is quite intresting, but again heavy in the field events and decath.

      1. Ya but when push comes to shove, he is mediocre when the chips are down in championship meets. Gaudy marks, but 9th at east regionals in the 100 and 4th in the duce despite have the leading seed marks going into the meet. His best marks come from small invites lacking comp. Finished 4th and 1st in the SEC champs. His seed time in the 100 was the fastest by 2 tenths and he finished forth. He is the great white hope (and he is good) but he is kind of more like the great white hype. There is more talk about him than any other collegiate sprinter in the nation but I don’t think he will finish top 3 in either race. And Georgia didn’t even field a sprint relay team at regionals.

      2. Btw Boling is sitting on the bubble after 2 of 3 heats to be run to even get in the ncaa final at this moment. If the third place dude in heat 3 runs faster than 10.18, he is out of the final

      3. He got lucky. The 3rd heat run into a head wind and his was in a tail wind so he snuck in as the last qualifier and still all the talk is about him. He has a pr of 9.98 and ran 10.18 in a tail wind and 3rd in his heat and 9th in the semis. The duce is his better race so we will see how he does

      4. @Vault91: Just the Opposite on the Wind. In a loaded heat that included Olympic 200 finalist Joseph Fahnbulleh of Florida and Matthew Boling of Georgia, Williams started well and was never challenged en route to a time of 10.03 seconds. The race was run into a slight headwind, but Williams was undeterred. Fahnbulleh and Boling also advanced to Friday’s final. The other two heats were contested with a tailwind.

  2. The buyer should put a few spatters of blood on it here and there, that way it looks as if it was worn during…….A GAME!! Yeah, a game!! That’s what I meant all along. 🙂

  3. Good for Jack Del Rio for telling it like it is. Businesses destroyed & looted, 14 people killed during the 2020 summer riots and no arrests or investigations. A “dust up” at the capitol where only one of the rioters was killed and a ridiculous overreaction by the Left, just because it wasn’t their people rioting.

The double standards are ridiculous. I’m glad Rivera said he’s entitled to his opinion. A bunch of fools want him canceled.

    1. At the end of the day, the capitol belongs TO THE PEOPLE OF THESE UNITED STATES! The only people who should be charged are people who were bashing cops with fire extinguishers, poles, etc. They aren’t charging the rioters of 2020. This entire thing is a farce. The Dims are going to keep pushing & pushing until real Americans have no choice but to push back.

  6. This just in: New Jersey Sold At Auction. It was today learned that in an attempt to cover the increasingly large budget deficit, Biden sold off New Jersey to Iran. The White House noted that there was no cause for alarm as we were promised they would keep the casinos.

      2. Pain? What pain? According to Numbnuts there’s no suffering going on.

And according to the same moron, if you’re mentioning it, it’s only because “you ain’t got no coin”. LMAO

A whole new level of stupidity.
