USC Takes All-Pac-12 Punter

Eddie Czaplicki, the punter at Arizona State, has committed to USC.

He was first-team All-Pac-12 this season and averaged 46 yards per kick.

It’s a bit of kick in the teeth to freshman Aadyn Sleep-Dalton, who performed pretty well despite joining the team the first week of training camp.

Maybe the interesting part is Lincoln Riley acts like he doesn’t want to punt a lot of the time and now has two punters on scholarship.

    2. Hello Ladies of Troy fanboys.

Don’t be surprised to see the Heisman Trophy going to someone other than Caleb Williams todsy.

Williams is very immature and inarticulate, not a look the Heisman wants for it’s recipient.

Plus if you go watch the game vs ND again he wasn’t all that…more hype than anything

      1. Bro, after watching the ceremony you might as well stuff some shit in your mouth. He did an amazing job articulating what he is about. And I might add he is quite generous which is an amazing quality for an individual of his stature. He may end up the best player to ever play for USC. Are you blind, he completely stymied the ND defense which has a few NFL players in their lineup. What game were you watching?

  1. I would think that if Dalton was doing a better job punting in spring and fall camp that he will still be the guy so I guess LR is just bringing in some competition. If you have a chance to get a top notch performer, I would go for it.

      1. “Will Dalton stick around”? If this guy is as good of a punter as they say he is….who cares if Dalton sticks around?
Tirebiter…..for the money they are putting into this football program, you have to go for the best guys.

        Good post
I think he will transfer. He’s a good punter. If he sees that he is going to 2nd string in spring and fall camp, I can’t imagine him staying there and sitting on the bench. I’m sure we will only have one punter come next year.

  2. “Riley acts like he doesn’t want to punt but now has two punters!”
Background: Riley has been telling Heritage Hall insiders he intends to deemphasize the offense next year and do way more punting “to cut down on injuries to the QB & O-Line.” According to my source Riley is thinking of getting as many as 5 punters on scholarship.

      2. Watched Siskel and Ebert every week. As for Caligula, I got about 5 minutes into it and turned it off. I’m probably the least prudish person you’d ever meet.

Now let’s hope the Heisman voters weren’t swayed by a little profanity on Caleb’s nails. 😎
