USC Football Schedule Released

The Pac-12 released its football schedules and USC’s is below.

REACTION: It certainly is not as easy as 2022. After an easy first month, USC has Notre Dame and Utah in back-to-back weeks. It also closes with Washington, Oregon and UCLA.

This schedule will not make Lincoln Riley as happy as he was in 2022, when he had a ridiculous schedule.

But on the bright side for Riley, it’s probably easier than what he will face in 2024. Big Ten baby!

    1. Better get used to it, don’t think the BIG 10 will do USC any favors either. But you are correct, that is a total FUCK YOU to USC from George Kliavkoff

    1. You senile troll… That’s a humanitarian crisis with a lot of moving parts. The Federal government didn’t invite these immigrants to our country. The root of the problem starts with the country they are fleeing. They arrive out of desperation and a chance at a new future.

Since, dementia joe, in your words is clueless, give me your solution to the problem…..never mind….. you’re still trying to get out of the paper bag.

      1. Inner Gabby, don’t bother. If he’s not making lame juvenile jokes, he’s flat out lying.

Biden & Kamala DID invite them to come, saying throughout their campaign that they would be reversing Trump’s policies, that didn’t completely fix the border situation, but made significant progress.

Numbers don’t lie. They have quadrupled under Open Border Joe.

      2. Please provide a link to support your accusation regarding Biden and Harris’ border comment. I will assume you have nothing supporting it…. looks like the joke is on you AGAIN!

        Caught you in another lie!

      3. Inner Gabby: Hmm, let’s see the Demo playbook, page 34, says when you lie about something, be sure to accuse the other person of lying. I think I got this last one by, but who knows. I might need to call Frank Biden to get legal assistance.

  1. First six games, 6-0, next six, 1-5 is a possibility with Grinch as the DC and LC not caring about the defense, Caleb can only carry the team so far, and if gets hurt, bye bye.

    1. Caleb won’t miss a single game. I heard him say he has “unfinished business.”
Anytime a QB sez those words he becomes invulnerable. #That’sMyResponseToEverythingFromHereOn!

  2. I disagree that 2022 was a “ridiculously easy” schedule. It may have been predicted to be that way during the pre-season but the pac-12 turned out to be a much tougher league last year. The Composite College Football Rankings rated the SC 2022 schedule #39. According to their rankings, that is still a fairly rough schedule. According to their rankings, the schedules don’t start to get easy until #67 which was UCF.
I think LR has made all the right decisions except for two decisions:
    1) He should have never hired Alex Grinch in the first place.
    2) He should have never chose to bring him back in 2023.
As a result, I don’t see SC making the playoffs next year. Whether they win the pac-12 is also very questionable. Their schedule next year is brutal.
San Jose State, Nevada and Cal are wins. Stanford, ASU, Colorado have good new coaches and Arizona should finally have a breakout year but I would still pick SC in all of those games. But ND, Utah, Oregon, Washington and UCLA are going to be tough. We could lose one of those games or all 5. It depends upon whether Lady Luck smiles on us. We’ll need drammatic improvement on the defensive side, which I’m not convinced that we are going to get.
My attitude about Grinch is quite a bit like my attitude about Helton. Getting good players on defense without replacing an incompetent coach is kind of like putting lipstick on your pig and expecting it to act like your favorite pussy cat.
The first half of the season may not turn out to be too bad but outside of Cal, the last 6 games are brutal. The only good part is that, of the last 6 games, the only tough games that we play on the road are ND and Oregon. I don’t think that they will make the playoffs next year. If they had hired a really good DC from the start, we would have made it this year.

    1. Utah and Washington and UCLA we get at home. True, we play Notre Dame at South Bend —but whose offense would YOU want to put YOUR money on?

Andyain’twinning must have scheduled the games.

  3. USC has an offense that will beat 80% of the teams on their schedule. Notre Dame on the road? UCLA with a new qb? Oregon on the road? The defensive line must come through for the Trojans to be undefeated. And special teams? Jesus!

Need more information before we will know.

  4. Oh God, UCLA!? Your already paying state welfare to Cal – And how does the state school owe the main state school WHEN BOTH SCHOOLS GET PAID BY THE SAME BUDGET?!?!! NOW YOU NEED GARY BRYANT AND KYLE FORD?!?!!! REALLY????????????????? CAN’T THEY DO ANYTHING WITHOUT SLUMING?????

  5. I’m glad about the schedule – it will allow the new players the needed time to come together as a cohesive unit before the games get more difficult. The glass is indeed half full.
