Clay Helton is supposed to be a nice guy/poor coach.
But not everyone agrees with the nice guy part.
Someone who worked with Helton for several years in Heritage Hall saw him at a USC basketball game. They said hello, because it seemed like the right thing to do.
“I don’t remember you,” Helton said.
When he was reminded that they worked together for several years, Helton responded, “I don’t remember you.”
The person felt humiliated. Other athletic dept. employees who witnessed this were stunned.
The funny part is USC employees who worked under Pete Carroll, Lane Kiffin and Steve Sarkisian said Helton is the least considerate, unless he takes a liking to you.
Carroll spoke to everyone: Janitors, students, fans . . . he wasn’t just interested in talking to people who could help him.
A slow Saturday? Let that imagination run wild, Flow.

Clay Helton would never do anything like that, Scotty , because he’s a Christian. 😂😂😂. Helton is so religious, that he’s seen on the sidelines every single game screaming out “Goddamit” every time something goes wrong on the field 😂
