  3. Scottie, you are late – Michael Guarino got the ball rolling on the last post with a 35-21 pick. I think he is close. It could be anything from an ugly 24-20 win, up to 48-21, with Slovis going off and the running game gaining close to 200 yards.

      67 —How many procedure penalties will USC rack up in first half? How many holds? How many back blocks on returns? How many times will our guy try to run a ball back that lands on the 5 yard line instead of letting it go into the endzone?

      4. Michael, those stats, particularly on false starts, special teams, will be the indicator of whether team and individual discipline has improved. As far as holding goes…can they protect Slovis? I really hope to see rushing attempts in the 35 range or higher.

  14. Score prediction for the southland. Hot and humid at the Coliseum with a touch of mugging -ness. Fans will be left to fend for themselves because the campus is closed. The surrounding area is not one in which to wander due the progressive politicians allow homeless persons, of undetermined sex, camp, harass, and otherwise hinder the home game atmosphere.
    Another mugging will take place at the Rose Bowl, where Ed O. will be taking advantage of the Bruin’s desperate attempt to fill the stadium by having HS football recruits in the stands using giveaway tickets.
    The Uclan may win but the real winner will be LSU securing a spot in southland recruiting. The gift that keeps on giving.
    Now that trolls have chased “Me” off the blog, I thought maybe I could be Me2 but that’s a movement I don’t support. Maybe despicable Me? Nah I have had my posting name since Michael Lev was at the O.C. Register I guess I’ll keep it.

    1. Have you noticed that everytime USC is in scoring position Helton calls a time out. If he would just get out of the way the team might be ok. He loves timeouts. Let them play. He is a dope
