USC Morning Buzz: More Transfers Expected After Deadline

The deadline for Caleb Williams is tomorrow if he wants to participate in spring practice.

But it’s also the deadline for any offensive/defensive linemen and linebackers.

Sources in the McKay Center tell me USC coaches plan on taking more transfers in the spring so it’s not a make-or-break thing to participate in spring drills. It will depend on the quality of the players available.

But the coaches will also have more ideas on team weaknesses after watching spring practices, which might change how they feel about the team.

One player in the portal to keep an eye on in the 24 hours in linebacker Lorenzo McCaskill of Louisiana. USC wants him and he hasn’t decided.
