There was a time when the name of game was to load up on scholarship players just to keep other teams from getting them. That’s why USC had a freshman team. That’s also there is a limit.

So should I be mad at Helton for offering so many scholarships or should I be mad at Helton for not offering as many as Oregon? I know I need to blame Helton for something here.
