Toby MacFarlane, a California real estate/insurance executive, was sentenced to six months in jail today, the longest sentence in the College Admissions Scandal.
MacFarlane, a USC alumnus, paid $450,000 to have his son admitted to USC as a fake basketball recruit and his daughter as a fake soccer recruit. His son is 5-foot-5.
Justice was served.
But what about some other forms of stealing?
Was Lynn Swann stealing $3-4 million per year as a completely inept athletic director?
Is Clay Helton stealing more than $3.5 million as the USC football coach?
Is Andy Enfield stealing around $2.5 million based on what he did his first six seasons with USC basketball?

Scott is stealing by calling himself a journalist. He’s robbing legit journalists of their credibility by softening the stance on what could be called actual reporting….

Was C.L. Max Nikias stealing when he sat by and allowed scandal after scandal to take place on campus with Athletic Department employees, including Pat Haden ? Was former Interim Athletic Director (appointed by Carol Folt) stealing when he was C.L. Nikias’ right hand man in Bovard Administration for 6 years and never said a word about all these scandals, and while he boasted about being some perceived NCAA compliance guru ?

The real question is did helton and enfield kickback their outrageous salaries to keep their jobs….. It is the only reason that I can find for keeping helton after last year….

Clay Helton is one of the names on a short list of current coaches that have won the granddaddy of them all The Rose Bowl!! With the “magic man” Mike Bohn as our AD the Trojans are about to win everything! Helton is not only going to be the Pac-12 champ but win the national championship! Ya’ll need to get off Helton’s back!

if some one wants to hire some one and that one shows up every day for work as scheduled they are not stealing…if they under perform with no mitigating circumstances and are still retained ,whose fault is that? theft is the wrong taking ,against the other parties will…there are no examples of theft in this post.
