I can’t say I’m too impressed with the turnout in that photo above. As you know, I like to point out 750 turned out for the 1959 clinic. And the USC coaches’ clinic used to get 300-400 coaches in the recent past.

  4. Baseball head coach Gill another of the local losers. Pitching coach is
    clueless using the bullpen. They are wonderful playing Wagner and
    Omaha. Followed this sport since mid – 1960’s.

      I was at the Friday and Sunday game. Same results, pitching was not good, bats were cold, and then on Sunday the second baseman makes back to back errors, the first was that he dropped the ball trying to field it and throwing to first at the same time and then with the next batter, the ball is hit to shortstop and the second baseman forgets to cover second for a double play. SC needs pitching and they need to coach the kids up.

  5. I might go to a baseball game if that cute Korean girl was pitching. But the normal 3-hour game would turn into 4-hours.

    There is talk of limiting major league baseball to 7 innings and cutting down the number of games from 162 to like 132. The under-30 crowd doesn’t have the patience to watch these long games, and without their support baseball will be in deep trouble

  6. Lincoln Riley is not going to rebuild the Trojans overnight, nobody does that, not even Nick Saban or Kirby Smart. So stop crying about not landing one offensive linemen, because if Riley can display that his teams will run the ball, and be physical in the upcoming season, I guarantee he’ll land 5 star linemen. USC will always maintain their tradition, but they have to get rid of that Clay Helton stench, because the program still smells of him 🤮

    1. Covers ALL the bases, Coach McKay. Coach Riley has to [and will] prove USC is back before we get everybody we want. The fact he’s landing so many great players after Helton destroyed recruiting and team morale indicates what a superstar he is…..

  8. That was the beginning of our alma mater song. Chorus unknown but recorded by Percy Faith and his orchestra circa1938. 78 rpm of course. It’s a beautiful moving song and tribute. You don’t hear it anymore.

  9. Here’s a secret about the blog. It’s set up to block certain words. But strange. For example it will accept the word fuck but it won’t accept the word t o o l. Try using that word without spacing it out like I did. Just type in as you normally would and you’ll see what I mean. No charge for this important info. Haha. Don’t ask me how I learned this big secret !!!!!!!

      Guarinoinski doles out the likes. With me it’s love/hate.

      The complete loser is the SC student body that has to interact with voldman. For good measure, Why couldn’t they include hunter and nuland in the invite? Does SC have to kick a little up to the big guy?
