USC Morning Buzz: No Patience For Dye

USC tailback Travis Dye is going to play one year for the Trojans so he isn’t interested in a rebuilding process.

“I want to win the whole thing,” Dye said Monday night. “If you want recognition you have to win games.”

  • USC forward Jordyn Jenkins and guard Kyra White have transferred to Texas-San Antonio. Jenkins was USC’s best player last season and only all-Pac-12 first team selection.

  3. Who would want a one and done player who’s there to rebuild?
    The whole team should be of this mindset: “This ain’t Claydough’s team no more, and we’re here to prove it.”
    I want to see the Trojans make other schools reevaluate having a football team at all.

  6. With Dye playing one year and one RB coming in for 2022 and zero so far for 2023 it seems LR needs to start a pursuit of a couple of running backs in order to keep the stable full. Right now only 3 of the 16 offered are even warm toward USC.

  11. Travis Dye is 5’9″, 180, and runs a 4.32 40, and is strong for his size. Austin Jones runs a 4.5.

    1. Fun to watch, especially 4 TDs against Ucla. But each week same guys different uniforms? I wondered why he would want to come to USC and I guess it’s for Uniform stability.

      3. He thinks (if that’s even possible) he’s the only one who can beat Trump. He’s in as much denial about that as his voters are about being responsible for everything that’s going on.

        It’s no coincidence Putin waited until he was in office to invade. Like many old men who spout off about being tougher than they are, Joe only stoked the fires when he tried to claim Putin didn’t want him being elected, “because he had gone toe to toe with him”.

        Anyone with a functioning brain sees how scared Putin is of Joe. Even Maher has admitted the timing is no coincidence!

        The only question now is, how long does Xi wait to make a move on Taiwan. I think it’ll be before our first kickoff.
