John Robinson Celebrates Birthday

Former USC football coach John Robinson turned 88 today. For about two decades at USC, Oregon was considered the cradle of coaches for the Trojans. John McKay and Robinson both played at Oregon. Both were long-time Oregon assistant coaches before coming to USC as assistant coaches. When McKay resigned in 1975, there were a lot of assistant coaches vying to replace him.
