Nevada named Colorado transfer Brendon Lewis as its starting QB against USC on Saturday.
Lewis started against USC in 2021 when it faced the Buffaloes. He completed 10 of 17 passes for 162 yards with one TD and one interception. USC won the game, 37-14.

Sure. You can point towards an anomaly win but look at history. Ever seen a team with an average or mediocre defense win a natty. You’ve have seen teams with a dominant defense and somewhat productive low turnover offense win the natty. It’s amazing that you literally have multiple multi millionaire head coaches that refuse to see and implement that formula.
