USC Morning Buzz: Some Below-The-Radar Players

USC coaches have emphasized using a lot of players the first three games, especially with all of the contests decided by at least 28 points.

But who hasn’t played?

Freshman cornerback Maliki Crawford has not played in a game this season. So he’s redshirting. Neither has sophomore cornerback Fabian Ross or Alabama-transfer cornerback Tre’Quon Fegans.

Freshman defensive tackle Deijon Laffitte has not played either the first three games. Freshman offensive lineman Amos Talalele is also waiting for his first action, so he is another redshirt candidate.

  • One slight surprise is freshman defensive end Sam Greene: He played in the Nevada game but not the other two games.
  • What happened to defensive tackle Jamar Sekona? He was on the roster in the spring but then dropped when the season started.
  • ASU has not scored a point since WR Elijhah Badger caught a 65-yard touchdown pass from QB Jaden Rashada with 10:07 left in the second quarter against Oklahoma State in Week 2. That’s almost seven quarters.

        Brand edited together two pieces of video where he changed what he said. So what? This is his statement and he merely did a sloppy job of it.

        Second, is it nonsense to think that political forces want to tarnish the reputation of a podcaster with views they dont want spread? We have seen this all over the media. We dont have reporters anymore, we have propagandists. The lack of reporting on Biden and the incessant Russiagate BS proved it, along with the COVID lies and silencing. What about how they tried to label RFK Jr a anti-semite because he mentioned a scientific study about genetic differences in COVID infection rates? The point of tarnishing Brand is not to silence one guy, but to send a message that anyone can be taken down if they speak against the acceptable narrative.

        At the same time, I think that the accusations against Brand are probably true. He probably had sex with underage girls and I’m pretty sure that his personality is “abusive” in a relationship.

        Two things can be true. Russell Brand is probably a pedophile/rapist/abusive AND he is being targeted to make him an example to any other media personalities that might deviate from the acceptable dialogue.

        These bozos need to take a course in logic.

Apparently they think that the 1st amendment gives them the right to burn down buildings and destroy property. Well, due to corrupt judges, they have been awarded $68 million so far in legal settlements.

If I was just coming to the rally and not planning on any violence and you had people like Ray Epps and even capitol police urging me to go inside the capitol, I might say “the police are telling us to go inside so I guess it’s alright”. I might go inside and then get arrested and put in prison. The police urge me to go inside and then arrest me for going inside and send me to prison. Some of the people have been in prison for a long time with no time set for their trial. Some of those who are in prison never even went inside. Meanwhile Ray Epps who was clearly an instigator gets a misdemeanor. They’ll just slap his hand and nothing else because they know that if they put him in prison, he will sing like a mocking bird and it will become clear that the Bidens planned this whole “insurrection”.
