USC Beats Arizona So It Can Play Them Next Week

USC upset No. 5-ranked Arizona at the Galen Center on Saturday night, which means the Trojans will probably play the Wildcats again next Thursday.

But first, USC will play Washington on Wednesday at 12 p.m. in the Pac-12 Tournament. The winner plays Arizona at 12 p.m. on Thursday.

That’s not a great draw when Arizona could have two straight games against USC. I’m sure Caleb Love will want to atone for making 1 of 10 shots last night.

In USC’s first game, Washington will be coached by lame-duck Mike Hopkins.

I wonder if George Kliavkoff will attend any games even though he is no longer the commish. He does live in Las Vegas. The guy still hasn’t made any public comments upon his departure.

  2. Not the best draw for SC having to beat Wash and then getting Arizona less than 24-hours later– talk about your back-to-backs. Yet again the Trojans would have preferred to take on Arizona in Day-2 rather than Day-4 if Troy got that far

        Granted, Trump could stand to lose a few pounds. But in a match against that senile, frail old fool who’s fallen on his face a half dozen times without any help, it would be nothing short of a pummeling.

      4. The Left didn’t help towards that goal. Many of them said they would never take vaccines developed under Trump. Well guess what? They were all developed on Trump’s watch!

        More than 800K dead on Joe’s watch, after he said “no one who has had 220K die on his watch should be President”. I’m still waiting for him to be the honorable guy many idiots claim he is and hold himself to the standard he set!

If the Trojans play with that same stifling D, aggressive rebounding, and shoot free-throws as well as they did last night, not many teams in the country would beat them. Problem is, can USC play with this energy, intensity, and purpose every game? Sadly, under Andy Endfield, I think we all know the answer to that question by now…
