USC Saturday Buzz: Some Home Truths On Andy Enfield

It remains galling that Andy Enfield said he was “not disappointed” USC went 15-18 and finished ninth in the Pac-12.

One of his big talking points was that USC went 95-35 in the four seasons before this one.

But this also illustrates one of my beefs with Enfield: How many NCAA Tournament games did USC win in that span? Three. And all three were in the one season with Evan Mobley.

In the past six seasons, Enfield has zero NCAA Tournament victories aside for the one season with Mobley.

All those victories he wants to take credit for come with zero Pac-12 titles; zero Pac-12 Tournament titles and zero NCAA Tournament wins in 5 of the 6 seasons.

Enfield might not be disappointed but plenty of other people are.

  • Former USC wide receiver Kyle Ford, who was at UCLA last season, is back in the transfer portal.
  • USC defeated Stanford, 5-2, Friday night at Palo Alto. Austin Overn was 2 for 4 with a triple and RBI. Caden Aoki allowed one earned run in six innings.

      4. These countries are now starting to avoid the border. They are putting them on planes and shipping them to america. Sure, they do pass over the border….at about 3,000 feet. The fact that these countries are willing to pay to fly these immigrants out of their country tells me that these illegals are not all just good people who want a better life( although some of them are).         Yesterday Gabby admitted that he had no intention of appearing for a boxing match. “Nobody fights over what is said on a blog.” He was incredulous that anyone should ask for an apology. (Posting fraudulently as steveg) In Gabby’s world, men are not the protectors and providers for their families. You can insult their wives, daughters, and mothers with impunity. He has has no code of honor and therefore believes that nobody else should live by one. Although he admits that he will not back up his words with a boxing match, he has now dishonesty posted at least 10 times the exact same response about how he showed up at the gym in Miami. Is this suppose to be amusing? Please stop ruining our blog with repetitive copy and paste posts.

    Dandy Andy has retired from his 40s and is actually 54, was valedictorian at his high school, quit basketball for 6-years to become a rich enough executive to return to low-paying basketball as an assistant to pursue his dream of being a head coach
