USC Gets Reasonable Draw In Women’s Bracket

USC earned a No. 1 seed in the “Portland 3” regional of the NCAA Women’s Tournament and the Trojans are on a collision course with either No. 2-seeded Ohio State or No. 3 UConn.

First, USC plays Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the first round at the Galen Center. USC then plays the winner of Kansas-Michigan.

USC could then face No. 4-seeded Virginia Tech, who knocked the Trojans out of last year’s tournament.

After that, a matchup with either Ohio State or UConn. USC beat Ohio State, 83-74, in the first game of the season.

  1. If SUCLA & LSU women’s teams both win 2 games, they’d play each other. That’s a hell of a choice….root for Ruins or LSU & Angel Reese! I might actually pick SUCLA in THAT matchup!

  2. Scooter,

What do you mean SC got a reasonable draw? They got a 1 seed and they get to play at home. Only 4 teams out of 64 got a 1 seed. That is a 6% chance of getting that seed. It is an excellent seed.
