Kobe Johnson To Enter Transfer Portal

USC basketball player Kobe Johnson has entered the transfer portal, according to multiple reports.

You could see this coming a mile away because Johnson was not developing as a player, which is an Enfield specialty. He had a disappointing season, shooting only 40 percent from the field and 31 percent on 3-pointers.

This week, Johnson, Oziyah Sellers and Kijani Wright all entered the portal.

Does anyone think Bronny James is sticking around for this?

Andy Enfield is certainly going to be busy trying to add transfers.

  7. Kobe Johnson is a good college basketball player will not play in the NBA. People forget Malik Thomas, he’s the player USC really missed this season, and he really had a terrific season for USF this year. Malik Thomas will play in the NBA the guy has tons of upside, and will continue to develop with good coaching which would not have happenned at USC. Thomas, is a much better player than Bronny, and Boogie, and was not treated fairly at SC, but truely made the right decision to get away from Enfield. To me USC basketball will struggle from this point on with Enfield so a coaching change is necessary now rather than after next season.

  8. Basketball is gonna be a barren mess next year. I don’t know why guys like Sellers and Wright don’t stick around, as yea they didn’t have big roles this year but clearly had openings to have larger roles next season. Kobe leaving is a bummer, great defender; we needed him.
