Commitment Sunday Continues (Updated)

USC picked up its fourth commitment today — Hylton Stubbs, a four-star safety from Jacksonvile.

A fifth commitment appears imminent based on USC staffers’ social media hints.

This is turning out to be a big day for recruiting. And let’s remember it down the road to see how many of these commitments stick.

UPDATED: Three-star defensive end Gus Cordova of Austin, Texas, becomes the fifth commitment of the day.

      1. Plenty wrong. He’s an idiot who has come here for 2 decades to complain about the blong and sunshine pump for the likes of Haden, Kiffin, Sark, Swann. Bohn and Hugs.

      2. I may not agree with what Ken posts, but don’t mind the manner in which he expresses it. He sticks his two cents in and that’s it. He also doesn’t use the same dumb insults over & over & over again. Unlike someone else.

      3. …..and referring to Gabby as “she or her” over and over and over is not a childish insult, right? You’re a fucking hypocrite who needs a good ass whipping. Give us your fucking lame excuse for being a hypocrite….l am waiting

    1. Based on our experience over the last 3 years, a 5 or 4 star commit or portal transfer isn’t meaningful unless the commit or transferee does more than intercept one pass [even if it’s a game winner versus UCLA] or field more than 4 kickoffs [especially if he royally fucks one of them up in the last minute of the Cotton Bowl]….

  1. Cordova is a three star with many offers from top schools. Watch his video highlights, he’s a big, fast young man. Don’t get excited Kenny Boy

      2. With that schedule they don’t have to start high in the polls. If they can keep big game after big game, they will be rated high at the end of the season.

      4. Gus Cordova!!! Watch this kids film. This guy is really far ahead of most freshmen when it comes to true freshmen. I haven’t seen a kid who could shed blocks like this kid. He’s got all the moves. He’s got the frame….he’s 6’5″. He only weighs 250 but with that height you can get him up to 295 easily and notice that he plays both on the outside and the inside. But watch how many different moves he uses to shed blockers. I like this kid.
