USC Notes: Crosstown Cup Fizzles

UCLA has defeated USC for the Crosstown Cup, 120-70, which is a record point total in the competition. UCLA posted a 23-14 record against USC in head-to-head matchups in 19 sports. Eric Musselman Completes Coaching Staff

Eric Musselman has completed his coaching staff by hiring former Washington assistant coach Quincy Pondexter. I wrote last month that Musselman wanted to hire Pondexter. He then changed his mind and wanted a coach with L.A. ties but got turned down by G League executive Pooh Jeter.
