USC Morning Buzz: Michigan Tickets Delay

The USC ticket office was supposed to notify people yesterday if they won the lottery for away game tickets.

They sent out an email saying there would be a 24-hour delay. People are anxious because they want to know if they will get those $200 tickets to the Michigan game. Stay tuned today.

  • Shamar Arnoux, a four-star cornerback from Carrollton, Ga., committed to USC this morning.
  • The NBA Draft is tonight. Will the Lakers draft Bronny James? Where will Isaiah Collier be selected? So much excitement.
  • Former USC basketball players Eric and Isaiah Mobley will compete for the Bahamas at the Paris Olympics. Klay Thompson is also on the team.

    1. In “So I Married an Axe Murderer” Mike Meyers’ girlfriend asks him if he’s ever wanted to hit someone on the head with a hammer. Mike says “Well, if I ever had a thought like that I’d hope the Judeo/Christian ethic would kick in.”

    2. 7.85 million is chump change for Shohei with the 300 million contract. Hell, he lost 2.8 million to either his translator or the casinos and didn’t seem to miss it.

  1. The 4 star CB commit from today is a teammate of 5 star USC QB commit Julian Lewis. Hopefully this will help USC keep Lewis, who continues to take official visits to other schools.

    1. If Georgia continues to win the defensive line recruiting wars they will continue to be a top 4 team. Its difficult to defeat a team when you can’t run on their defense and their defensive line pressures your quarterback. Even if USC began to dominate California recruiting again, I don’t see these local kids competing against the Georgia boys. Where are you Mike Patterson and Sedrick Ellis.
