USC Morning Buzz: Naturally, Recruiting Remains On Center Stage

Four-star wide receiver Daylan McCutcheon of Lucas, Texas, committed to Florida State over USC and Texas.

Personally, I’m happy he chose the Seminoles because USC already had a Daylon McCutcheon and he was good enough to have only one.

  • Former USC wide receiver Jordan Addison was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Friday near Los Angeles International Airport, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said a white Rolls-Royce was spotted with Addison asleep behind the wheel blocking lanes on the 105 freeway.

In July 2023, he was cited for speeding and reckless driving by the Minnesota State Patrol for going 140 mph in a 55 mph zone.

  • Linda Ronstadt turns 78 today. And it will never fail to amaze me that she performed a concert at Cromwell Field

Here she is performing “Long, Long Time” on The Midnight Special.
