USC Notes: Lincoln Riley Thinks Michigan Is Very, Very, Very Good

Lincoln Riley is starting to like this idea of playing in the Big Ten.

And he isn’t buying that Michigan is not “very, very, very good” despite a lackluster start to the season.

“They’re like most teams that have had a run of great years and then had, obviously, a tremendous year last year,” Riley said of Michigan. “What you’re judged on is so high. Make no mistake about it, this is still a very, very, very good football team. And anybody that thinks they’re not is crazy, alright?

Wisconsin QB Tyler Van Dyke suffered a season-ending knee injury and will not face USC on Sept. 28. The Wisconsin game will kick off at either 12:30 p.m.; 4 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. PT.

    1. I have tried to make some kind comments about Mr. Ritter but have been unable to get them by the censors. Zero for three. Is “great performance in Sling Blade” censor material. C’mon Scott, I am a fan. Clean this up.

      3. Don’t know MG. I’ve had one sentence posts about football censored. It seems that at certain times the censor is more active than others. One time I typed the same post that was censored the next day and it went through.

      5. Like Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom, Cowardly Gabby hates freedom of speech. She has devoted 2 decades of her life to shutting a USC sports blog down because she is a UCLA FAN.
