USC Saturday Buzz: Not Getting Burned Today

Washington has a lot of injuries and Jedd the Fisch is an overrated coach.

But in spite of that, I’m picking the Huskies to win today, 27-24.

Why? Because Lincoln Riley has burned me the past three Big Ten road games.

So I would rather be wrong today and USC win than have Riley burn me for a fourth straight road game.

  1. Washington has 1 quality win (Michigan), but somehow is 6th nationally in total defense.

    Iowa did put up 40 on them, and Indiana put up 31 without their Heisman candidate QB. That said, Riley will still find a way to make it a close game:

    USC 27, UDub 20

  7. I do not take it personal when the lincoln screws up and/or SC loses. Nobody ever sees what goes on at practice ,just the games. The games show SC can’t win vs Big10 teams except for bottom dwellers on occasion. Moss has not improved since LSU but the ‘O’ line recently has. Huskies will win at home, unless the running game takes off and gains 250 yds. SC may not win another game with Moss at q/b. He cannot produce enough points.
