USC’s administration is proposing cutting publication of the Daily Trojan newspaper from 5 to 3 days a week and no longer paying students who work for the paper beginning next semester.
The amount students get paid is miniscule compared to the hours they put in to the paper but the university is on a cutting spree right now.
Remember, Carol Folt previously kicked the Daily Trojan out of their newsroom they occupied for 100 years.

How much is the endowment worth? 6, 7, 8 billion? Is it being properly invested and utilized. How many DEI administers and Ethnic Studies and Women Studies faculty get paid a salary and benefits package of over $200,000. Probably over 200. So what does Folt do – go after the Daily Trojan. Gee, maybe her measures will save 100,000 while further killing the spirit of the university. We need an Elon Musk DOGE at USC.

Doesn’t matter. Merchan already agreed that he would not sentence Trump. He essentially admitted that the case was an illegitimate show trial whose sole purpose was to swing votes to the Democrats and it failed. But the judge’s daughter made a lot of money off of it.
