Five-star shooting guard Alijah Arenas of Chatsworth High School committed to USC today.
Remember yesterday I wrote an insider told me not to discount the Trojans. Why? Apparently, Arenas’ mother wanted him to go to USC.
It’s a big pickup for Eric Musselman, who needed to land one of the big five Southern California stars that will graduate in the next 2 years. This gives him local credibility.
In ‘Muscleman’ we trust

Recruiting locally… what a concept!

Great news – Arenas is a top 10 recruit, and 2 other guys are top 50 recruits. Maybe this will be the start of something…

trump is starting off with the lowest approval rating of any incoming president in history.
he’s had a really bad last 10 ten days with millions of his supporters. Millions are already regretting their vote

Cowardly Gabby is starting off with more lies and disinformation . She doesn’t seem to realize Trump won the popular vote over Cowardly Gabby’s heroine Kamala and that is the only poll that matters.

What matters is how he performs going forward….not some election day vote count…. you truly are a dumb——a s s .
Polling shows millions are jumping off his wagon already
Why is the Ukraine war still going on. His campaign promise was to end it in 24 hours…… Just another one of his many lies.

Yes, I remember you wrote that after Scottie dissed USC’s chances, initially.

SC’s new Arenas comes from great basketball stock, his dad was a star in college; and you only need 3 great players to make a great team, and sometimes one guy like ol’ Trojan Evans will do

A morbid thought, but the Potomac is a major river with a current; wouldn’t some of these bodies might have got caught in the current and are down-stream somewhere, perhaps not to be found

SC basketball has had to play ‘second-fiddle’ to ucla for talent but things change– “Build it and they will come,” although Galen Center has already been built; however there is a new sheriff in town in ‘Muscleman’ and compared to the ucla guy, he’s aces

-So SC basketball is awakening and Trojan football is re-awakening, hopefully

-But the SC football “brand” still means something as evidenced last season with fans stampeding the field after beating SC.
However, reputation takes you only so far; Troy better start winning again and it looks like they’re getting serious about it i.e. “We will not be out-bid!”

ABC/GMA reporting Trump said DEI was to blame, being the idiots they are.
No. He said he is curious to find out if it was a factor. With what has gone on the last several years, how can you not wonder?
