Coach Bowden Outpaces Coach Riley

Coach Bowden continues to outpace Sir Lincoln of Riley when it comes to giving interviews this spring.

Riley didn’t even speak to the media after Saturday’s final spring practice. Meanwhile, Bowden is available to everyone who wants to hear his pitch.

Maybe he’ll be calling plays by midseason.

It’s interesting Riley thinks recruits and their family members can watch practices/scrimmages but doesn’t want any fans around. The first three spring scrimmages he held were so vanilla that no opposing coach would find anything interesting to watch.

And who is so great that other teams would poach someone?

USC wasn’t happy with its linebacker depth. It still wanted offensive linemen.

There’s just not much reason a spring practice couldn’t have been offered to the public. Just keep it off TV if you don’t want Big Ten coaches to see it.

        (2) I would’ve liked it if Natalie, Sharona and Joanna Pakula [from Tombstone—who falls for Monk before unfortunately murdering the person who killed her mother…or something like that] all got in one big, clothes ripping catfight in the final episode —ending with them making “peace”…and, then, joining together to take San Francisco by force ….aided by the heavily armed trio of Captain Stottlemeyer, Crazy Harold and Hector Alonzo ….
