Time For Some Perspective On USC Recruiting Class

It’s pretty much impossible to get any perspective from the fanboy media regarding USC’s 2026 recruiting class, which is currently ranked No. 1 in the nation. They are too busy acting like cheerleaders and pretending like Lincoln Riley is in complete control of the program.

So here’s a good insight from recruiting analyst Andrew Nemec, who has been a long-time Pac-12 area expert. I think this pretty much sums up how I feel at the moment.

  1. “Pete Carroll level” is a high bar. Should definitely aim for that, maybe with Bowden in place for an entire recruiting cycle they can achieve that.

    1. USC just got a commitment from Elbert Hill, the # 1 player in Ohio. They beat out Oregon, OSU, and Texas.I am sure Wolf( America’s worst beat writer) will say he is overrated, and that Rutgers and ucla have a better class. What an embarrassment you are to the SCNG

      1. Not about our recruiting classes. He knew Pete blew it firing Naamie Chow and replacing them with his basketball buddies Kiffen and Drunk Sark, and bringing in Spaulding as an assistant coach.

      2. Do you actually think the last 15 years of lazy stupid visionless incompetence should be praised?

  2. Forget about the ratings. USC is getting big linemen that every other program wants. We flipped TomTom from Oregon and he is one of the best interior D linemen in the nation but only rated a 3 star. Same goes for Kannon Smith from Colorado, every one wanted him but he is only a 3 star. Keenyi looks like the best offensive tackle. If we can close on Ryder Lyons, Ili the LB from HI, and Bowen, the TE from Mater Dei this will be the be an epic class and we are in the lead for all those guys.

      1. Wolf’s definition of Fan Boy is anyone who thinks going 7-6 is acceptable as long as there is Nine Layer Dip at the tailgate parties.
