Today was quite a day for USC.
Below is the most unprofessional press release I’ve ever seen from USC. It was written for last week’s Oregon game. A press release is supposed to be a straight forward listing of the facts.
Here’s one awful excerpt:
“In the wise words of Vince Vaughn’s character from the movie Wedding Crashers, `let’s go kill some birds, I’m psyched.’
And then this line after beating Iowa. Yes, Iowa.
“They said we weren’t gritty enough. They said we weren’t tough enough. They said we couldn’t compete with real Big Ten football . . . did they see the final score?!”
Again, this was after beating Iowa.
