If you are like me, you are more interested who hasn’t signed with USC yet than who has signed.
So here are some notable names:
Husan Longstreet, Elijah Page, Alani Noa, Desman Stephens.
Page is actually the name that stands out because he is supposed to be the Trojans’ best offensive lineman.

It only took you two minutes to make amends MG so I will let it slide. But what about Sparrow. Even a self proclaimed Agnostic in all things religious and political needs a little cheer during the Christmas season. And who will Cowardly Gabby play in the Christmas play. I’m thinking Herod the Not So Great who wants to kill every male child under two years old based on their assigned gender. He can also play Judas during our Easter play. I was thinking Sparrow as Pontius Pilate who washes his hands of all evil associated with the killing of an innocent even though he is in charge but that may be a bit harsh.

I think she should play the same part she plays virtually every other day of the year.

The NIL bucks that went to these incoming Freshman makes the re-signings really difficult. Elijah Paige is really good. So his agent is likely saying that he is worth substantially more than Keenyi Pepe and Pepe received a very lucrative contract. Same situation with Alani Noa who has played well over the last two years. I think USC ultimately signs these two. The interesting one is Desmon Stephens. If he wants more than Talanoa Ill you probably say goodbye but we are already short of players at his linebacker position. I think Longstreet ultimately re-signs too assuming he thinks Riley is developing him to become a Professional quarterback.

I ran into Rob (pre-Meathead) at the Village Theatre in Westwood in the fall of 1968 at a smoke filled showing of Yellow Submarine. He was with his dad, Carl, and Charo. He was droopy eye-lids, Zig-zag cordial.

He was writing for the Smother Brothers Show at that time. He and Steve Martin were their two youngest writers.

I remember seeing Steve Martin and Victoria Tennant at one of those Westwood Village theaters —- they were there to see an Albert Brooks movie [Lost in America]. The movie was hilarious but they never laughed.
