USC president Beong-Soo Kim had his Investiture ceremony yesterday on campus.
Kim did an interview with the L.A. Times and was asked by a reporter if USC could afford to pay a buyout for Lincoln Riley, which could be up to $70 million.
“We’re not thinking about that,” Kim said. “We are laser focused on the next game, and then the game after that.”
It’s not a surprising answer. What else would he say, right? But at least he got asked.
A few weeks ago, Kim met with some student media on campus and they didn’t even ask a single question about Lincoln Riley.
Someone needs to ask Jen Cohen the same question. She avoids interviews like the plague.
An LA Times reporter who is too stupid to realize we don’t merely write Lincoln a check for his buyout amount.
I’m shocked, I tell ya! Shocked!

It’s not like the Times to be so clueless, So Cal….

Yes, I’m certain none of them will refer to today’s public temper tantrums correctly.

Will Indiana recover from blowing TD and field goal? They just lost a fumble at goal line…. a possible 14 points squandered…..

Hopefully, Indiana and Florida can knock off their opponents.
We don’t root for the Gators often, but today is one of those days. An unranked team beating a Top 10 team is one of the things that make fall Saturdays so much fun!

Yep, we want everyone ranked ahead of us to lose [I actually want Ohio State to win, though….. so their game with USC will be even HUGER]….
