USC has 46 true freshmen and redshirt freshmen available for spring practice. That’s quite a number and one would think you could have some excellent, physical practices. And, of course, a scrimmage. Lincoln Riley has not divulge the actual practice plan for the spring but I guarantee he is going to have scrimmages/scrimmaging. He just won’t let the public or media see it.
