USC has designated the Nov. 8 game with Northwestern as Trojan Family Weekend. This is significant because the university will not have family weekend when the football game is on a Friday night. Dan Lanning has signed an amended six-year contract that increases his pay to nearly $11 million per year according to Yahoo. Lanning has gone 35-6 at Oregon. During that same time, Lincoln Riley has gone 26-14 and he makes roughly the same amount of money. USC has a must-win basketball game against last-place Washington tonight at the Galen Center. If USC loses, it would have to beat UCLA at Pauley Pavilion on Saturday to make the Big Ten Tournament.
