It looks like cornerback Greg Johnson will return and play Friday while defensive ends Christian Rector and Drake Jackson will not. Jackson will still in a boot Tuesday. Why would you risk Jackson anyways for Colorado if there was a chance he could return for Oregon? Hunter Echols and Caleb Tremblay will start in place of Rector and Jackson. Below is a pretty extraordinary tweet from Florida athletic director Scott Stricklin seeking a home-and-home series with teams from the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12 or Pac-12. Is USC listening? Nope. Steve Lopes, the senior associate athletic director at USC, handles football scheduling and has effectively eliminated all marquee home-and-home series. Helton said Drake Jackson (ankle) is not medically cleared and Talanoa Hufanga dislocated his shoulder. Jackson wore a boot on his left ankle. Stephen Carr has a pulled hamstring and did not practice. Dominic Davis has been moved to tailback (again). Greg Johnson and … Continue reading Markese Stepp Out 3-5 Weeks
