I said last night this was one of the most shameful USC losses I ever witnessed and now I will explain. It had nothing to do with losing to Oregon. That was something I knew had a pretty good chance of happening. No, the shame started with the controversial hit by linebacker Desman Stephens and then USC’s reaction. It all stems from having a gutless … Continue reading My Analysis Of A Leaderless Effort Vs. Oregon

That was one of the most shameful USC losses I’ve witnessed. The blame squarely falls on Charles Nelson Riley. But let’s talk about the recruiting class. Garbage quote after the game from Riley: “If we’re as good as I think we can be, then we will flip this, we will take this as a positive and grow from it.” Grandpa Patterson held Oregon to 505 … Continue reading USC-Oregon Live Blog
Just when you think recruiting cannot go any lower, Rivals is charging high school athletes and parents $499 for an ‘evaluation’ by a Rivals scout. The $499 fee includes a scouting report, grade, film evaluation, coach interview and consideration to be ranked on their site. Sounds like you can try and buy a star ranking. Grade: B- WIDE RECEIVERS Kayden Dixon-Wyatt filled the absence … Continue reading USC-Rutgers Report Card

And the diehards keep saying USC turned a corner against non-Power 4 Conference competition. I heard two excuses after the game: That Jayden Maiava is playing … Continue reading USC Morning Buzz: The Expectations Changed Fast Once You Enter Power 4 Territory
Rutgers has 460 yards offense. Gary Patterson should be ashamed. This is why you cannot take seriously all the unending hype on social media with USC. The same issues pop up every year and have not been solved despite all the PR. They fumbled the snap trying to run out the clock. OMG. The dreaded completion before the first-down marker on fourth down Rutgers is … Continue reading USC-Rutgers Live Blog
