Linebacker DeGabriel Floyd, who committed to USC last year, announced today he was committed to Texas. Floyd is currently at Westlake High School. He played last season at Golden Valley and two seasons ago at Hawkins.

So maybe he will change his college choice again. Why did he decommit from USC? One theory was he wanted to play safety in college and thought USC preferred him at linebacker.
