Former USC QB Todd Marinovich is at Central Men’s Jail in Santa Ana, according to Palm Springs Desert Sun.
Marinovich was arrested March 19 and released after he posted bail. He was arrested again March 23. The reason for arrest was not given but Marinovich is currently serving two years of probation after being arrested in 2016 when he was found naked wandering in a stranger’s backyard in Irvine with a paper bag full of drugs and syringes and his wallet.
Marinovich has spent some of the past 18 months living in the Palm Springs area going through drug rehabilitation.
Last September, Marinovich played a game with the SoCal Coyotes developmental football team. He threw seven touchdowns but never played again because of an apparent shoulder injury.
UPDATED: Marinovich was sentenced to 90 days after violating the terms of his parole.
