Tabari Hines Picks Oregon

Wake Forest North Carolina State Football

Former Wake Forest wide receiver Tabari Hines will transfer to Oregon instead of USC or Texas.

With Oregon’s lack of depth at receiver and USC’s group of receivers, it made perfect sense.

Plus Oregon has a proven QB in Justin Herbert.

    1. —what we really NEED depth-wise:
      (1) A QB who can get the ball to the receiver (even if he’s SEVERAL yards beyond—rather than behind— the line of scrimmage (i.e., not the kind of passes thrown in the spring “game”),
      (2) A QB with the brains and imagination to say something in interviews other than “I just want to get better every day” …..
(3)….and/or, when asked about his place on the depth chart, says something other than “I came to USC to compete.”

      1. That’s a lot of text if you’re concerned about either Sears or Fink. Neither is the answer. JT will take the position come June. Rest assured.
