USC Basketball To Host “National Power” Nevada

USC will host Nevada on Dec. 1 at the Galen Center.

Maybe Andy Enfield is finally listening to our criticism he does not schedule enough quality nonconference games.

Nevada returns five of its top six scorers and adds five-star forward Jordan Brown. The Wolf Pack won 29 games last season and went to the Sweet 16. They also return Caleb Martin (pictured) and Cody Martin, who tested the NBA Draft waters before returning.

So this game might actually excite a few season-ticket holders. And it’s about time.

Of course, the irony is that a Mountain West Conference team is providing punch to USC’s schedule.

  1. Scooter,

They got to start somewhere. Actually SC had a pretty good preseason last year. They did not win the games they had to plus some of the games were on the road.

  2. Is Chuck O’Bannon not going to suck this year? Most hesitant McDonald’s All-American I’ve ever seen.
