USC offered Narbonne quarterback Jake Garcia (Class of 2021) this afternoon after it hosted a 7-on-7 passing tournament at Howard Jones Field.
Garcia previously had offers from Georgia and Nebraska. Surprised USC offered after those schools? I’m not.
