Well, this is probably a perfect burn to Chip Kelly.
Bryan Addison, the Serra cornerback who was unable to gain admittance to UCLA, is going to Oregon.
USC was also a finalist. Oregon secondary coach Keith Heyward, formerly at USC, is probably happy to get a Southern California product too.
I don’t know why he did not go to SC. He could have played receiver for SC.

He looked at the roster and saw 46 WR’s and 3 WR verbals and decided to go to Pothead U.

Charlie Bucket —-I hate to say this but it looks like no one wants to play for Chip Kelly. If you project this situation into the future, UCLA will have zero players on their roster after current players graduate (or get arrested —whichever comes first).

He wanted to play for him, ucla just wouldn’t let him in. Kelly isn’t at ” let everyone in U ” anymore and I’m sure ucla doesn’t have the video game facilities that Pothead U has, it’s gonna be tough to get the hoodrats in.

He should have given SC a shot

Wow, Gomer and his W. Kentucky rejects missed on a WR ?!?!?!?!?!?!

Addison is playing DB at Oregon – he was always more of a safety prospect than WR

Oh my goodness! USC lost out on a receiver! The sky is falling! The sky is falling!

It might be a burn or maybe Chip used his influence at Oregon to send him there where he’ll be the least problematic for him.

Or maybe Bryan used his own influence to get to Oregon and not the back of anyone else
