Former USC QB Rodney Peete is on a roll.

TMZ reports Peete is getting sued by former NFL cornerback Carlos Rogers because Rogers said he gave Peete $350,000 to provide financing for a training facility to keep the Raiders in Northern California.

Rogers says if the Raiders moved to Las Vegas, he was promised he’d get his investment back in full. Rogers supposedly has an email from Peete that says, “Everyone will be paid back.”

Peete and his wife, Holly Robinson Peete, are already being sued by Barry’s Tickets for more than $50,000 for allegedly not paying the entire amount for 8 Super Bowl tickets.

Peete has a show on 570-AM. Barry’s Tickets is a station “partner.” If you listen to 570, you probably have heard commercials for Barry’s. So why would Peete want to get into a squabble with them?
