Here’s what Lynn Swann said today about expectations for USC this season:
“The expectations are always the same. That never changes. The expectation is we’re going to win the Pac-12 championship.”
Swann had a couple stumbles at the podium today, forgetting to introduce a group of donors and referring to Fresno State as “San Jose State.”
It’s probably hard when you only infrequently speak to the public or media.
UPDATED: Swann also mentioned Sam Cunningham, who as far as I know is the only teammate who actually liked him.

Maybe he actually said Fresno State, but, with that lisp, it came out San Jose State.

Most top shelf AD’s can be had for well less than a million/yr.
He alledgedly has no buds & yet he makes 3x what a v. Good AD makes. I must be on one of those hippie acid trips because I don’t get it.

Just think: Myself, you, and even a recent high school grad could of brought more respect and dedication to the USC AD position than Swann and Haden combined. Really, it’s true.

I dunno I seem to remember a coach who was sacked because he was hitting the bottle early each day. Made a few public gaffes but that was under a different administration. From what I’ve read his speech was rambling and pointless
(Not unlike most of the trolls here)
Anyway Sark is at Bama and rated as one of the top assistant hires in the off season. So was Swanny mixing meds or metaphors?

Lynn Swann reads Mr. Wolf’s blog and feels self-conscious about his lisp. Swann got to the podium and turned into Stuttering Stanley…he got all flustered.
Swann has shown he doesn’t care about Trojan football, he’s only interested in getting paid and so Swann deserves no mercy. Swann wants to be a greedy selfish asshole, then his lisp is fair game. He sounds like the idiot he is.
