Someone I know saw John Robinson on the field before today’s LSU-Auburn game and took this picture. So I told them to ask Robinson if he were happy Lynn Swann got fired.
“Aw, you know . . .” Robinson said.
It all seems to have worked out for Robinson, who is on the sideline for LSU.

Mixed blessing, gt —Yes, it’s sad that a former Trojan hero now symbolizes the new American Ethic of zero accountability…. but, on the bright side, we don’t have to see him stumbling around on all fours in his canary yellow sweater and saddle shoes….

What is it about Haden and Swann, that they completely trash their reputations, and it is so obvious to everyone but themselves while they are doing it.

For anyone who trashes SC’s schedule, just take a look at Alabama’s:
They have four road games total, seven home games, and play Duke at Jerry’s World. They play only three ranked opponents and have byes before 2 of those games (LSU and A&M. Yes, they have 2 byes). Their schedule is set up to have easy games or byes before tough games. It isn’t their fault that the lower SEC (Tennessee, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Mississippi St.) stinks, but they also play New Mexico St., Western Carolina (FCS), Southern Mississippi, and Duke. They don’t play Florida or Georgia. The Western Carolina Game is before their last ranked opponent, Auburn. Talked about setting yourself up to go undefeated. They are well rested before tough games, heal up at home, and have four cupcake home games. What a farce.
