Judge Refuses To Drop Lori Loughlin Case

A federal judge on Friday declined to dismiss charges against actress Lori Loughlin, her husband along with several other parents accused in College Admissions Scandal.

Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are scheduled to go on trial in October on charges that allege they paid around $500,000 to get their daughters admitted to USC as fake rowing recruits.

      1. Can you enlighten us? Start by telling us how exactly you’d prove specific intent to defraud a university whose authorized agents were fully aware of the nature and extent of the misrepresentations…..

      2. THE FBI conduct in both cases, like many others the past few yrs were criminal, incl the DOJ in last administration. You must not have read the full details, and the Judge in the Flynn case has not dismissed the case as of this time, like in this case and the FISA courts being corrupt and filled with judges from the past Administration approved all the FBI lied to them about, and have done nothing….if you think this is proper , you and I have zero to say to each other.

      3. Tim — please add this to your astute analysis: Former President Obama says that dismissing the completely corrupt & indefensible case against Flynn would “jeopardize the rule of law in the United States.” [He also, oddly, says that no perjury charge has ever been dismissed in the United States —when about a thousand perjury charges are dropped every year]…….

  1. Actually it was Comey, Schiff, Clinton, and the worse president of all time, Obuma. They were all in to get Flyn because they wanted to get ot Trump.

      1. Destruction is the dems only road to victory….. and a lot of voters are too decent to believe that a party that’s forever talking about “compassion” could be so diabolical…..

  2. Things don’t look very good for former USC administrator, Donna Heinel. She pleaded not guilty to all of the charges, even though she was caught red handed with her hand in the cookie jar. Heinel faces a minimum of 10-15 years in prison for her crimes. Remember, all of the people who pleaded guilty, including ring leader Singer, will testify against Heinel during her trial in October! She is facing a severe uphill battle in her fight! Heinel was too arrogant to take a plea deal. And now she is facing a prison sentence that could be longer than Singer. In the words of Scott Wolf, “Thanks, Heinel!”
