USC practices this afternoon instead of its traditional 11 a.m. practice on Thanksgiving Day.
It’s believed the practice time was switched to keep players from spending all day with their families. It was also done before the news of a player testing positive for COVID-19.
- Clay Helton said there are starters among the seven players under quarantine for COVID-19.
- Helton said today tailbacks Markese Stepp and Stephen Carr should be available Saturday against Colorado.
- USC linebacker Abdul-Malik McClain has transferred to Jackson State, which is coached by Deion Sanders.
Great news about the tailbacks. Fingers crossed the 5 quarantined continue to test negative.

IMHO, the Ducks’ unis for this game may be the worst ever…11 very large lime daquiris on the field.
