Alabama Commit Wins Elite 11 MVP

Quarterback Julian Sayin of Carlsbad won the Elite 11 Finals MVP award today.

Sayin is committed to Alabama, of course. He finished ahead of the better-known Dylan Raiola, who is committed to Georgia and Air Noland, who is committed to Ohio State.

Past winners from California were CJ Stroud, Blake Barnett, Mark Sanchez, Kyle Wright and Ben Olson.

Is Sayin’s father named Just?

      1. Fake Gabby, you need treatment for your paranoid schizophrenia condition. Don’t feel bad, it is a fairly common (and can be severe) mental illness: about 0.32% of the population suffers from it. [Let’s see. There were 331 million Americans in the 2020 Census. I don’t believe they diagnose it (for sure) until one’s late teenage years, so let’s apply it to those Americans and Traitors like you 18 and over. Google says that 258 million Americans are 18 years old & older: 258 million x 0.0032 = 825,600 people adults who suffer from paranoid schizophrenia, just like you.

  2. I drove up to Chavez Ravine – parked at 2:00 pm on Lilac Terrace (lower) north side if Vin Scully Ave….walked due east down Stadium Way to Lot 13. Slowly but steadily thousands of people began arriving. Michale Voris of Church Militant along with ex-LASD Jesse Romero, John Henry Westin and Bishop Strickland as key presenters.

We were told MLB announced no player can be forced to wear the ‘fruit’ attire. That produced thunderous applause and now the nation sees what committed believers can do when they ‘know’ honoring those poor damned drag queens is a foot shoved into the door of all our lives.

The ‘woke’ fools that are the LA Dodgers have this in their back forever – screw them and their ‘Hollywood’ festiveness.

      1. No problem So Cal – this is the LA Dodgers equivalent of Bud Light. They totally blocked Vin Scully Ave stadium entrance.

As much as I have disdain for Scully I know they never ever would have done this if he were still alive or Lasorda or Campanis. This what they are – controlled by the elite progressive 1% wealthy depraved.

    1. It was a larger crowd than I expected, about 2,500 to 3,000. We could have easily blocked the entrance to Gate A but when the police asked us to stay on the sidewalk and later to return to the parking lot we complied. No profanity directed at the police or anyone else, everyone was respectful of others, nobody threw anything, cars were not set on fire, no buildings burned and no looting – BLM and Antifa would have been ashamed of us. My favorite poster – “Vin Scully is sad today.”

  3. Today’s word boys and girls is sanctimonious. As in “we protested against some losers because we’re sanctimonious and impotent against helping the less fortunate as our Lord and Savior, Jesus, commanded us to do” Congrats on the small sacrifice, hopefully you didn’t step over anyone homeless to get to that pity party.

    1. Earth to World, I think you get it. If Vinnie had a tear in his eye yesterday it would have been for the wasted effort protesting something so small while the rest of L.A. spins out of control.

By the way, despite the self-crowned Old Age Christian mob’s infuriation I understand the gay show went on anyway. If Jesus were alive today he probably would have joined them, afterall the guy had a Godly sense of humor never before seen

      1. I seriously doubt what you are saying. On top of that “Godly” sense of humor, God took himself quite seriously on his visit to humanity. If only you had a clue.

      1. LJ,
I can assure you Jesus would not think it is funny nor would he have joined them. What he would do and what he did do is love them- taking the full wrath of God upon himself for their sin (mine too), trading His own life for theirs on the cross, and rising from death to offer them new life in Him.

Their part (mine too) is belief and repentance and they can know God and have eternity with Him.

Jesus was mocked, abused, and publicly shamed at the cross and still said “Father forgive them”. The same is still true today.

Praying for all to come to know Him.

      2. Thank you for proving my point. Speaking about others without speaking about your participation in the mess is exactly what Jesus warned us all about. Otherwise, too many of us would be seriously disabled to the point that we’d resemble a World War I veteran or a leper colony.

These morons want to embarrass themselves, then have at it. Alex “thirsty” Villanueva shows up to speak on your behalf then your on the wrong side. Ask Alex what did he do to stop the criminal gangs under his command? Latino officers trying to harm other Latino deputies because they didn’t want to join the station thug clique? AND HE ENCOURAGED THAT BEHAVIOR! That’s who side your on? Jesus would have not been protesting but with the Perpetual Stupids.

    3. Bizarro World: Doesn’t surprise me that you would align yourself with a group of drag queens that mock the Catholic church. You and your UTLA members have been attempting to groom kids for years now. BTW, what are your preferred pronouns? And now you want to suggest that the church is not charitable enough! Here some statistics from about 15 years ago.

The Church educates 2.6 million students everyday, at cost to the Church of 10 billion dollars, and a savings on the other hand to the American taxpayer of 18 billion dollars. Of course, a Catholic education is superior to anything LA schools has to offer. LA schools are so bad they can’t give away an education to anyone who can afford a Catholic school education and the cost of education is 30% less than public schools. And Catholic schools graduated 89% of their students and 92% of those who graduate go onto college. And the church owns 230 colleges in the US with an enrollment of over 700,000 students. Charitable enough?

The church also runs a non profit hospital system of 637 hospitals which account for hospital treatment of 1 out of every 5 people not just Catholics in the US. It also feeds and clothes and houses 1 of 5 indigents in the US at a cost to the Church of 2.3 billion a year. Charitable enough?

What charitable efforts have the UTLA made. We know they refused to work during Covid and kids suffered. Suicide rates among young girls are at an all time high and kids are reading well below grade level. But the teachers continued to be compensated even when they did not work and later received a 21% salary increase negotiated by their buddy Karen Bass.

  4. To all you so-called Christians– if Jesus’ purpose was to atone for all our sins supposedly started by the Fall of Adam and Eve, especially that evil Eve, up to his death on the cross, then what happens to all our sins after he died?

    1. Sparrow -You’re going to err – that’s your nature. You sin because you’re a sinner. You’re not a sinner because you sin. But Jesus always said, “Go, and sin no more.” You must REPENT (change your mind) by depending on the Holy Spirit.Abide in Christ (trusting Him) and walk (live your life) in Him. Your future sins are forgiven, however – you don’t have a license to keep sinning. You must confess your sins in prayer so as not to break fellowship with God. Hosea 4:6 “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”

Lines have to be drawn — especially since the left isn’t taking a sincere theological position —- it’s all about politics [Marxist politics at that]…..

      2. That’s spot on. Universalists forget that God is Holy and cannot look upon sin. Without the covering of the blood of Christ (as it was in the passover) the ideologues opposed to Christ meet him as judge – not savior. Preaching to the choir, I know – but some are woefully ignorant (without knowledge.)

      3. I think sparrow is right about US not making moral judgements [but there is GONNA BE a Judgement]. We do have to take political stands, though —- and that’s what those thousands of protestors at Dodger Stadium were doing.

    2. Great question. It was more than just the point in time up to the cross. It was a sacrifice for all time. Many verses allude to Christ dying once for all- here’s one, I can share lots of others if you would like.

Hebrews 10:10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

The biblical word for this once for all sacrifice is called propitiation, which means “appeasement” or “satisfaction.” The death of Jesus wholly appeases or satisfies God’s just wrath against our past, present, and future sins. The condemnation fell on Him (Jesus) instead of on us.

Tell the in-laws to get you another pillow and prepare for the Own’s onslaught concerning Jack Jones. We’re lucky he didn’t get called for pass interference in the Rosebowl prior to Chase what’s his name’s subsequent interception. He’s ASU’s property now – but tell that to Owns. P.S. – getting any pro bono offers to defend the bruins in their lawsuit? They can’t afford a big payout – and don’t lift anything heavier than a 12 oz. (non) Bud Light.

What the Far Left is doing today, though, isn’t putting on a serious theological forum — it’s pure, destructive Marxist politics: destroy existing institutions, sow chaos.

    1. We judge everything – all day, everyday. The scripture correctly says, “Condemn not – lest you be condemned.” Bear in mind, Sparrow that the Bible is almost 1/3 prophecy and has been 100% accurate. No other book claiming to be Holy has ANY prophecy. NONE. Read ISAIAH 45 and you’ll understand – and may God richly bless you.
