I got a tip yesterday that something happened to Bronny James at USC and he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
I wasn’t able to get official confirmation but today his family spokesman said James was hospitalized after going into cardiac arrest while participating in a practice at the Galen Center.
The spokesman said medical staff treated the 18-year-old James and he was transported to a hospital, where he was in stable condition Tuesday after leaving the intensive care unit.
“We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update media when there is more information,” the spokesman said. “LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes.”
James’ incident occurred more than a year after then-USC freshman Vincent Iwuchukwu collapsed during a practice and did not return to play until the second half of the season.
Iwuchukwu also went into cardiac arrest on July 1, 2022, and USC athletic trainers used an automated external defibrillator to revive him. Iwuchukwu had a battery-powered pulse generator known as an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator implanted in his chest.

I’m not a doctor but I watched a tv show about doctors once, and I can tell you common sense says we may never know what happened.
The heart is just a muscle it is probably the hardest working muscle in the human body. There are many things that affect our muscles from disease to chemical imbalance.
People with agendas will come up with theories about what causes things and then work backwards to prove their hypothesis. An example is the sugar industry. They work overtime to get rid of “artificial sweeteners.”
Just the other day another sweetener was tabbed as a probable cancer causing agent. Although drinking the equivalent of forty soft drinks daily, might have other detrimental effects.
So wait and see is the best for this situation. And we may never see.

Thank you. It really is getting worse with meat being cloned now and our bodies can’t break down this stuff as naturally as before. But the vaccine causes myocarditis, especially in young men. This thing is just like Damar Hamlin, getting hit in the chest area and causing cardiac arrest. It’s not the same. I hate to state this, but I hope the doctors find a way to find a way forward for this young man.

The vaccine has been linked to blood clots in young men. Those clots can lead to a heart attack (blockage in the coronary arteries) as well as cardiac arrest (disruption of the heart pumping mechanism). A blockage in the arteries can cause a heart attack and that same condition of a blockage of blood and oxygen flow to the heart can then lead to cardiac arrest. I believe the vaccine has also been linked to cardiomyopathy (a thickening of the heart muscle) in young men and that in turn can cause cardiac arrest. So I don’t think it is really accurate to suggest that the episode with Bronny is not related to the vaccine because it was cardiac arrest and not a heart attack. The vaccine is linked to both conditions.
